Rebecca has been working with my 5 year old son to tackle his many occupational therapy needs for about 9 months now. She has been a tremendous resource not only to my son, but also to me as a Mom.

She very quickly helped me to understand what kinds of issues Lucas had and what would be the best course of action for him. And she provided ideas and techniques for us to practice at home in between her visits to him at his school.

I have found Rebecca to be wonderfully responsive and willing to discuss all of my questions and concerns. Most importantly, my son adores her and looks forward to their two sessions each week. He is making considerable progress in all of the focus areas that Rebecca has been addressing.

I would recommend Rebecca to any family that is looking for a true partner to help their child. She is extremely skilled and easily connects with children and their parents. I consider myself very fortunate to have her working with me and my child.

After going to four other OT's for our son's limited diet and tactile defensiveness and seeing very little progress, we were amazed at the immediate results gained from the specialized therapy Dynamic Therapy provided.

The best part is, two years later, those gains have been maintained. One of my son's favorite foods now is broccoli.

He never would have even tried it if it weren't for their amazing work! I simply cannot say enough about how much they helped us when we needed it most.

We had been through agency after agency for over a year searching for the right OT for my son, Jude. We finally found Rebecca Shmukler with Dynamic Therapy and have been with her since Jude was 4 years old. He is now almost seven and the progress he's made has been both incredible and emotional. Jude loves Rebecca and he is always asking for her to come play as he is very motivated to work with her, which makes progress develop so much faster! Rebecca is very knowledgeable and has provided me support through ARD meetings, home programs, and community access for Jude. She is also always available via phone if I have any questions or concerns and I greatly value her input.

We recently started receiving speech therapy through Dynamic Therapy as well and we are so thrilled with that therapist. Traditional approaches to speech aren't conducive to Jude's learning process. The speech therapist understands this and really knows how to think outside of the box. She is great at keeping him interested and motivated turning his frustration with language into fun!

Our long and frustrating search for the right therapists ended when we found Dynamic Therapy. Jude is continuously improving in functional language, social, academic, and self-care skills and he could not have achieved this without Rebecca and the speech therapist. His quality of life and ours is greatly enhanced by their involvement in our lives.
